How Do I Return a Product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately as a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returns, except for damaged or faulty items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We try our very best to make sure all of our products are in perfect condition and packed safely. However, sometimes mistakes happen either on our end or during the shipping process. In the event that an item has arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately via helen@midnightawl.com so that we can evaluate and fix the situation for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us, therefore we will assess the possibility of refund in whole or in part on a case by case basis. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount, minus the original shopping cost, on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
